Payment Policy
Individual Travelers:

50% of total bill must be
paid upon confirmation by wire transfer bank.

50% upon arrival in our
Cairo office (Cash Payment).

60% must be paid on confirmation by wire transfer bank.

40% the rest of amount will be paid before arrival at
least 10 days.

Children:

Children till 2 years old will be charged only 10% of
domestic airfare.

Children between 2-12 years old will be charged 50% of
total as an adult person.

Children over 12 years old will be charged as an adult
person.

Refund Policy:

Sun East Tour refund policy is: full refund, even
cancellation done less than 21 days.

Sun East Tour refund policy is: 75% refund, even
cancellation done less than 10 days.

Sun East Tour refund policy is: 50% refund, even
cancellation done less than 5 days.
