Holiday Online Meditation Workshop |

Our workshop immediately
precedes exploration of temples and sacred sites in
Egypt. We will see Egypt from the Egypt Holidays
Online perspective. This workshop is followed by a
journey in spirit and in physical through the temples &
sacred sites in Egypt. This is taught in English.
Translation help will be available. In addition to
learning the technique of meditation, this workshop
places high emphasis on gaining your direct connection
to your Higher Self with a specific focus on opening the
heart.
In addition, We will cover the unity breath and some
advanced meditation techniques. This sacred trip is
designed for grads and non-grads from around the world,
with emphasis on complete meditation program, new
information, higher self integration, expanding love,
deepening friendships, emotional mastery, vibrant
health, and exploring our potential.
“Meditation”, according to today's world definition,
refers to methods used for improving your connection to
all of life. This includes healing of the body, mind and
spirit, as well as gaining personal power, strength and
understanding. You can learn to move through life in
perfect harmony with the universe.
To accomplish this, we look to our ancestors in ancient
Egypt. They exhibit habit patterns that send messages of
healing and power to anyone open enough to observe their
lessons on how to live. Their precious gifts of true
Medicine are Free. When you call upon their power, you
are asking to be drawn into complete harmony with the
strength of their essence. Gaining their understanding
is a healing process - mentally, physically and
spiritually.
